The staff members were very very helpful and attentive. The hotel was situated in the very central location very close to the city centre which is handy.

The room was a little small, for me personally.

I booked a room with a soft bed, a couch and climate control. The views of the lake & mountains were exceptionally good. The hotel was in the very central setting very close to everything in town. Further, it was next to the shopping centre, and Quick walk to the lakefront.

We enjoyed well-appointed and nicely decorated rooms and great food.

By and large, it was nice comfy base for sightseeing in Taupo, had much fun and met amazing staff with great service. Cosy and awesome location so close to the shops was a plus. I truly enjoyed this, haven't been in a better hotel👍

It was not far from the shopping centre and cafes/bars, all the shops and Huka Falls, town, restaurant, harbour, cosy location overall.

We greatly enjoyed it and would recommend to anyone! The rooms were both new-fashioned, decent sized, complete with 3 single beds, modern furnishings and a window to lie in spa.

All in all - had a relaxing 1 night stay. Every staff member was accommodating and superbly friendly. Truly enjoyed the private queen studio with excellent view as well as non smelling products I was given. The location for Taupo was great, adjacent to cute cafes and the city centre and shopping center and supermarket and town centre: )

I truly enjoyed being there, everything was absolutely fine.

The room was air conditioned], tastefully decorated, with modern design, just the way I wanted. And there was a magnificent view of the lake & mountains. The location was comfortable and easy, for example, a public park was just a pleasant stroll away from the hotel. The staff was all really helpful and amazingly efficient.

Can recommend as we really enjoyed it. Wonderful personnel is with great service. The restaurant serves simple local food.

The venue was set in the very central position just next door to center of town, central Taupo and the lake and shopping eating areas.

Unfortunately internet was terrible, and the bathroom was cold.

We spend 1 night in Taupo really good. There was free Wi-Fi in the rooms and the service in general was perfect. You could leave a car on-site. The food was fab and the location was marvellous.

I really enjoyed the room with a comfortable bed. Coffee and tea making equipment, a fridge, and kitchenware were provided. Also, location was cozy and awesome, a 10-15 minute walk from Taupo Museum.
